The Job Exchange, a woman-owned business, managed since 1998 by Lori L. Colasanti, serves hundreds of small to mid-size companies throughout Montgomery, Chester and Delaware counties. We are a full-service staffing agency specializing in administrative support, customer support, accounting / finance and human resources professionals.

Our Philosophy

At The Job Exchange, your search will be handled by Lori L. Colasanti, CPS, CPC or Renee Stipa, Vice President of Client Services.  Lori and Renee have more than 40 years of combined experience working with hundreds of hiring managers at more than 300 companies and placing more than 2500 candidates in employment. This personal approach to staffing has allowed The Job Exchange to build lasting partnerships with our clients. In fact, almost 90% of our business comes from repeat customers.

Lori L. Colasanti

Lori L. Colasanti started The Job Exchange Associates, Inc. as a nonprofit organization and part of the Conshohocken Enterprise Zone Program in 1989. She developed the company into a for-profit staffing firm specializing in direct hire, temp-to-hire and temporary placements of candidates in the administrative support, customer support, accounting / finance and human resources fields. The Job Exchange Associates, Inc. was named one of the 100 the fastest-growing private-held companies in the Philadelphia area in 2001. Lori is a graduate of Temple University with a bachelor’s degree in communications. Lori has received the professional designations of Certified Search Consultant® and Certified Staffing Professional® by the American Staffing Association.

Renee Stipa

Renee Stipa holds the role as Vice President of Client Services for The Job Exchange Associates, Inc. She originally started working with The Job Exchange Associates, Inc. in 2007 and recently re-joined the staff in 2018. She has amassed more than fifteen years of experience in staffing and placement of professionals. As a business development professional, she specializes in building relationships with employers throughout the region. She prides herself on her ability to leverage unique insights gained through an extensive career to assist employees at all levels for current and future roles. Her work is instrumental in propelling The Job Exchange Associates, Inc. to the next level. Renee is a graduate of Millersville University with a bachelor’s degree in marketing.

Melody Milkovits

Melody Milkovits is currently working as a recruiter for The Job Exchange Associates, Inc. She started with The Job Exchange Associates, Inc. in 1992 as a part-time administrative assistant and has worked in a variety of capacities for the company over the past 26 years. She was instrumental in assisting in the growth of The Job Exchange Associates, Inc. from a non-profit to a for-profit staffing firm. She is a graduate of Kutztown University with a bachelor’s degree in social work and spent her earlier career in the social services arena.

Julie Colasanti

Julie Colasanti is currently working as an assistant recruiter for The Job Exchange Associates, Inc. She started with The Job Exchange Associates, Inc. in 2012 and is responsible for the preliminary screening of candidates and administrative support along with managing the talent pool database. She has been an invaluable member of the team for the past 6 years as she simultaneously pursues a graduate degree from Temple University. Following her work with The Job Exchange Associates, Inc., she plans to pursue a career as a medical social worker in the healthcare industry.
